Getting your tickets sorted is super easy. Before you book, here are a few quick tips to make your visit as smooth as possible:

Good to Know Before You Go:

• Watch the clock: The last entry to the castle is 1 hour before closing time, so make sure to arrive with plenty of time to explore.
• Bring your headphones: If you booked a ticket with an audio guide, you’ll need to download the official app directly to your smartphone. Don’t forget your headphones for the best experience!
• Great news for families: All minors (both EU citizens under 18 and non-EU minors) get free entry! Just remember to bring a valid ID or passport to show at the ticket office.

What to Leave Behind: To protect the historic rooms (and keep everyone comfortable), a few things aren’t allowed inside the castle:

• ✕ Pets (unfortunately, furry friends have to sit this one out)
• ✕ Luggage or large bags
• ✕ Backpacks
